Great to meet you!

Since I was five years old, I have always had a heart to help others. Throughout my life, I have been profoundly impacted by the people I have met and the stories they have shared. These experiences have shaped my worldview and strengthened my ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, meeting them where they are in life. This passion ultimately led me to pursue a career in counseling through the Counselor Education Program at the University of Central Florida.

My approach to therapy

I provide counseling and support to adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and issues surrounding Black, ethnic, and racial identity. My approach centers on building meaningful connections through each individual's unique story while integrating evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to foster insight, resilience, and lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an environment where clients can show up authentically, knowing they will be met with empathy, compassion, and respect. My hope is that each person leaves feeling honored, valued, and empowered.
