Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in education and theology, and I specialize in trauma-informed care. I also offer body-based techniques, narrative work, and natural wellness tools like essential oils or homeopathy—always optional, never pushed.

I’m someone who meets you where you are, without judgment or pressure. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood. I help people reconnect with themselves, and find clarity. I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I’m really good at listening, and I’m really good at helping people solve their problems. My approach is collaborative—we work together to help you achieve your goals.

I draw from evidence-based models like CBT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing, while also integrating body-based techniques like somatic awareness, mindfulness, and bilateral stimulation. I specialize in trauma-informed care and work to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and seen.

If you're interested in holistic supports, I also offer education around natural tools like essential oils and homeopathy—but only when it fits your goals. Therapy with me is like having a guide at your side.

What you can expect from me

Together, we eat the elephant—one bite at a time. Each session has a two-fold goal: to either make progress toward your goals or create the conditions for that progress to happen. The ultimate aim is to help you feel better, empowered, and more grounded—one step at a time.
