Great to meet you!

I attended the University of Washington for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees - Go DAWGS! I also had the honor of living in both Taiwan and Japan. I’ve worked in diverse clinical settings such as a social worker supporting our Veterans in areas of addiction, mental health and homelessness and in a Level I ED, crisis counselor in an inpatient stabilization unit, behavioral health counselor at a COVID quarantine unit and a psychotherapist in community and hospital outpatient clinics.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ADHD. I bring a feminist-infused perspective to my practice of psychotherapy which centers on non-judgmental listening, collaborative discourse, and behaviorally specific interventions. Over the years, I’ve developed a practical and conversational counseling style that is results-oriented and uses an integrative approach.

What you can expect from me

I practice from a place of humility, recognizing that I have many intersections of privilege that can create blind spots for me - I’m open to being called in and called up!

I’m committed to lifelong learning and enjoy attending trainings and workshops, especially around topics of climate justice, anti-oppression work, collective liberation, radical social justice work, gender, ecotherapy, and somatic healing.
