Great to meet you!

After 12 years of therapeutic behavior education and 3 years in school counseling, I’ve learned one thing for sure—therapy shouldn’t feel like a chore. There’s no shame in needing support, and it’s not just for people with “big problems.” Life throws curveballs, transitions are tough, and sometimes you just need a space to sort it all out with someone who listens without judgment (or unsolicited life advice).

My approach to therapy

I take a laid-back approach, blending humor with real talk and making sure that while we laugh, we’re still getting the work done. My style? Open ears, open mind, and no fluff. If you’re navigating life’s messy transitions and appreciate a therapist who can keep it real, we might be a good fit.

What you can expect from me

I offer virtual sessions and a free 15-minute consultation to see if we vibe. Finding the right therapist shouldn’t feel like speed dating—but a quick chat doesn’t hurt.
