Great to meet you!

I aim to create an environment that is based on trust and empathy, safe, and nonjudgmental in order to work through and process difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I believe that the relationship between you and me is the most essential aspect of therapy. I aim to create an environment that is based on trust and empathy, safe, and nonjudgmental in order to work through and process difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I look forward to getting to know you in order to help you get to the places where you want to be. Everyone has their own mountain to climb in their life; I aim to help clients climb their mountain and reach their potential.

What you can expect from me

Honesty, open-mindedness, and respect are core values of mine that have shaped my work with individuals. I aim to create a trusting and safe environment where the therapeutic relationship can form a strong foundation for therapy going forward.

I have extensive training in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and BFRB disorders. I use evidence-based practices to treat these debilitating disorders. I look to draw from various treatment modalities in order to best suit my client’s needs. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident in therapy in order to accomplish your goals
