Great to meet you!

As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I believe caring for your mental health is an important part of feeling steady and fulfilled in life.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences. It supports the nervous system in reducing the emotional intensity of trauma, anxiety, and overwhelming memories so they no longer feel stuck or disruptive in daily life.

Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and I’m glad you’re here. I work with teens and adults and use EMDR, neurofeedback, and sound-based nervous system work to support healing, regulation, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s story is unique, and I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Our work moves at your pace and prioritizes safety, trust, and nervous system stability. I integrate EMDR, neurofeedback, and sound-based approaches to support deeper healing while staying grounded in what feels manageable for you. My role is to support you, gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck, and help you build clarity, resilience, and confidence over time

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to work on. I’ll introduce you to EMDR, neurofeedback, and sound-based nervous system work, including what each approach involves and what the equipment looks and feels like. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel informed, comfortable, and in control. From there, we’ll begin setting clear goals and moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
