Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background treating severe mental health issues in both individual, group, and hospital settings. My experience has taught me to provide clients with a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where we can work on goals together.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) as my primary treatment model, but I also incorporate other forms of therapy that include CBT and ACT. Regardless of the modality, I strongly emphasize a non-judgmental space and support my clients through meaningful dialogue and skill development.

What you can expect from me

The first session includes a brief introduction to therapy, going over the history of presenting symptoms, and developing treatment goals. Between sessions I often ask clients to choose a goal to focus on 'first' and by the second session we are working on the chosen goal which often includes skill development and psychoeducation.
