My credentials include a master’s degree in Adult Education with an emphasis on Training & Staff Development, and a master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University.

In addition to doing my own personal healing work I have gained invaluable clinical experiences including treating the mentally ill in community mental health settings, providing in home family counseling, maintaining a private practice, and treating countless individuals struggling with addictions

My work with you is informed not only by my professional training but through my own personal experiences working through these very same challenges.

I use creative experiential interventions to help clients work through their struggles and identify their truth(s). Moreover, I have specific training in emotionally focused therapy for couples as well as codependency, and psychodynamic work

I ask each patient at the end of every session for their experience so that I gain valuable feedback as to what worked and what may not have been effective. In addition, I like to ask every patient in the beginning of their appointment for their best hopes of that day. I believe in working collaboratively with all my clients to increase the likelihood of their needs and goals being met.
