Great to meet you!

If you're feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, shame, or disconnection (from yourself or others) you are not alone, and you don't have to navigate it alone. As a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in psychology, I offer compassionate, evidence-based online therapy for adults and couples who are ready to break negative thought patterns, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with a sense of worth and meaning. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to understand what’s holding you back and help you move toward lasting change in your life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is very client-centered, which is to say I will empathetically listen and understand what is going on for you right now, talk about what is important for you, and offer emotional support. Over time, I may (as appropriate) balance this support with a modest amount of challenge to nudge you toward your new behaviors and your desired outcomes.

What you can expect from me

I encourage you to take the first step. I will make it easy for you. We will start by getting to know one another, and focusing on what is most important for you. You will find that I listen deeply, so you have the experience of being heard, understood, and valued.
