Great to meet you!

Great to meet you. My name is Michael and I’m an experienced therapist specializing in relationship challenges, addiction recovery, trauma, and the long-term impact of growing up in difficult or unstable environments. I work with individuals and couples who are looking to better understand their patterns, heal from past experiences, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I am a relational therapist, and I believe meaningful change happens through connection and awareness of how we relate to ourselves and others. I was personally trained by Harville Hendrix, the creator of Imago Relationship Therapy, and have also trained therapists internationally. My work integrates relational growth, communication tools, and deeper emotional insight to support lasting change in both individuals and couples.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is a chance to take time to understand what is bringing you in, explore your current challenges, and begin identifying your goals for therapy. It’s a collaborative space where we start building clarity, structure, and direction for our work together. I invite you to book a free consultation when you’re ready.
