Great to meet you!

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years in retail management, where I learned the power of genuine connection, deep listening, and meeting people exactly where they are. Those experiences shape my warm, approachable, and down to earth counseling style. In our work together, I prioritize creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, supported, and truly understood.

My approach to therapy

I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, OCD, and Autism, and members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I started my practice to serve people who have felt overlooked, misunderstood, or like outliers and who are seeking a therapist who will take the time to really know their story, needs, and goals in an authentic way.

What you can expect from me

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and respect. Together, we will explore your story, build insight, and identify practical tools that fit who you are. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling seen, validated, and empowered to move forward in ways that feel sustainable, meaningful, and right for you.
