Great to meet you!

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years in retail management, where I learned the power of genuine connection, deep listening, and meeting people exactly where they are. Those experiences shape my warm, approachable, and down to earth counseling style. In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, supported, and genuinely understood.

My approach to therapy

I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, OCD, and Autism, as well as members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I built my practice for people who have felt overlooked, misunderstood, or like outliers and who want a therapist who will really take the time to know their story. Together, we will honor your needs and goals in a way that feels authentic to who you are.

What you can expect from me

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and respect. In our first session, we will explore your story, your current challenges, and the strengths you already carry. From there, we will begin to build insight and identify practical tools that fit you. My hope is that from the very first meeting, you feel seen, validated, and empowered to move forward in ways that feel sustainable and meaningful.
