Great to meet you!

My work is shaped by the belief that healing isn’t mechanical. It happens through relationship, attentiveness, and the willingness to slow down enough to tell the truth about our lives. Therapy, for me, is not about fixing someone into an ideal version of themselves, but about creating space for clarity, flexibility, and deeper alignment over time.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is conversational and collaborative, guided by curiosity rather than a fixed agenda. We'll slow things down. Settle into the moment. Talk. Reflect. I draw from different perspectives as needed, staying responsive to what’s present rather than following a rigid script. Insight and change tend to emerge through honest dialogue and careful attention.

What you can expect from me

My objective, in a first session, is for you to be as comfortable as possible, or at least for you to be as comfortable as possible being uncomfortable. I know relationships are a process. I don't expect you to be a certain way. I'll be my way: curious, encouraging, exploratory, transparent, and responsive to what you share.
