Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health for over two decades, and it is my greatest passion in life. The goal of my practice is to improve the quality of life of my clients and assist them to reach their full potential and personal goals. I believe in person centered therapy; the patient is the expert of his or her own life. I do this with individual counseling, brief crisis intervention and psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with first responders and survivors of PTSD and trauma. I have experience in law enforcement, as well both in EMS and as a volunteer firefighter. I am familiar with the stress, anxiety, and struggles that come with these and the importance of protection.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to explore, process, and move towards our therapeutic goals. Life is worth living and enjoying. Let’s grab a cup of coffee and chat. You will find me easy to talk with.
