I have worked with a wide range of psychological issues ranging from Mood disorders to Severe Mental Illness.

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Virginia. I have a MS in counseling (2007) from George Washington University. I have a MA in Community Heath Promotion from WVU School of public health (1995).

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Treatment professional. I use a combination of Cognitive Therapies, Parts Work, Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic therapies.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use several therapy modalities for treatment matching the treatment to the individual's needs and goals. Using an integrative approach with a combination of therapies I assist individuals develop new resources for finding personal strengths.
