Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University Central Texas. I have experience in effectively utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and practice individual and family therapy.

My approach to therapy

I have previously worked in hospital settings with inpatient and intensive outpatient individuals, where I have successfully implemented the use of DBT and CBT skills to meet the needs of patients.

Let’s navigate your everyday challenges, personal struggles, and unfortunate circumstances together. I believe in the diverse abilities each person possesses and strive to encourage positive changes in their lives.
