Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are seeking support for managing stress, anxiety, and navigating life transitions. I offer a safe space to explore their emotions, build resilience, and gain clarity on their values and purpose. My goal is to help you achieve emotional well-being, find meaning in your life, and develop strategies for healthier coping. I value your personal growth and aspire to help you live a more fulfilled, balanced life.

I can provide a supportive, empathetic environment to explore your concerns. We'll develop coping strategies, clarify values, and work towards emotional well-being and a more meaningful, balanced life together.

I genuinely care about the challenges you're facing. Your journey matters, and I'm here to listen, support, and guide you. Let's embark on this path to growth and well-being together. Reach out, and let's start the conversation.

My approach to therapy

I am collaborative in my approach, working with clients to make goals and work towards their desired outcomes for therapy. I enjoy getting to know my clients and take a relational approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Typically, the first session includes setting the stage for counseling: how the session is structured, what you can expect, etc. Then I ask questions about your concerns and find out more about you and how you function. I can also give you an overview of how we might use therapy interventions to treat your presenting concerns.
