Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, I believe that prioritizing mental health is the foundation for stability, resilience, and growth in life. Taking the step to seek support can often feel daunting, so I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to be here.

I’ve worked for over 15 years in the fields of prevention, trauma recovery, and community mental health, and in recent years I’ve expanded my focus to private practice. My work brings together both evidence-based clinical methods and a deeply human approach that honors each person’s unique story.

My approach to therapy

No two people are the same, and therapy should never feel “one-size-fits-all.” Together, we’ll develop a plan that reflects your goals, values, and experiences. I see therapy as a partnership—one where open communication, trust, and respect are at the core.

In our work, you can expect me to:

  • Listen deeply to your experiences without judgment
  • Challenge you constructively when it’s helpful to growth
  • Support you consistently through the ups and downs of your journey

My practice draws from narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive-processing therapy (CPT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches, but I adapt my methods to fit your needs, not the other way around.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. You’ll have the space to share your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you’d like to achieve. From there, we’ll clarify your goals together and begin outlining the steps to get there.

My priority is creating a safe, warm, and collaborative space where you can feel both supported and empowered. Therapy should be a place where you can be honest, vulnerable, and hopeful about change.
