I have extensive training in trauma informed care, disorders of attention (i.e. ADHD), depression, and anxiety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My general approach to counseling is systemic, and overall focus is building empowerment in sync with your unique support system. I specialize in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and treating symptoms of anxiety, inattention, and depression. Counseling supervision is another specialty of mine.
