Great to meet you!

I am licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor who holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Washington D.C. I received my B.A. in Psychology from Temple University. I currently work as a therapist in an outpatient setting. Some of my areas of clinical interest include, relationship and family issues, trauma, anxiety, substance use, grief & loss, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

I understand that tackling life's challenges can feel daunting. I use a person centered, strengths-based approach to assist clients in working towards their goals. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore personal challenges and foster increased self compassion. I have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and have experience providing safe and affirming therapy for transgender and nonbinary clients.

What you can expect from me

In working with me, clients can expect to have a warm and non-judgmental space where they can work through personal concerns as well as work towards goals and areas of growth. I do my best to tailer each session to the client's individual needs and not use a "one size fits all" approach.
