Great to meet you!

Do you need help leaving a bad situation but you feel stuck? Are you struggling to adjust to leaving a bad situation and need some help connecting with your new life? Have you been feeling overwhelmed and you haven't been able to cope with life? Need someone to walk through hell with you and make sure you don't get distracted from the path out of rock bottom depression?

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked in the Denver metro area as a counselor since 2014 giving people the coping skills to make positive transformations and get to a place where they are thriving and enjoy life. I specialize in a person-centered care approach that meets you where you are at without judgements. I can provide you help for problems with depression, anxiety, trauma, veterans issues (as one of them), addictions, and career counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer sessions later in the evening than most other therapists because I understand the importance many place on their first-shift jobs. That's why I named my practice Late Night Counseling! Does it sound like I’m a good fit for you? Send me a message!
