Great to meet you!

I'm a Christian husband, girl dad, and US Navy Veteran. I hold two Master's Degrees, a license for professional counseling (Texas) and a national counseling certification. I have thousands of hours of experience working with children/adolescents, adults, and couples in therapy. I've dedicated my life to helping individuals obtain the best quality of life possible by investing in their own mental health.

My approach to therapy

I use person centered, evidence based, cognitive and solution focused approaches in the talk therapy space. All approaches and techniques used are fully considerate of the client(s) being treated.

What you can expect from me

In addition to action items to be completed between sessions designed to reinforce strategies and skills learned, my clients can expect to walk away from the therapy experience encouraged, empowered, and more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and adjustments they may need to make.
