Great to meet you!

There are often times in our lives when we would like to talk to someone about the difficulties and challenges we face. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I would like to be a resource to help you build strategies to face these challenges head-on.

I have worked with many individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and/or PTSD. I value receiving feedback to better tailor the therapeutic relationship and address your unique hardships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The treatment methods and tools I utilize in my sessions are Solution focused, Narrative focused, and (DBT) etc; However ultimately my therapy is client driven, where I like to receive feedback to understand what treatment is helpful to my clients and what styles they are most comfortable with.

I have a wide array of experience working on therapy addressing grief, relationship concerns, past traumas, work related stressors, symptoms of depression, namely: anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder and ADHD

What you can expect from our first session

I like to help clients see what options they have and achieve a sense of clarity in response to everyday challenges they face.
