Great to meet you!

My background is integrative, meaning that I strive for wholeness in myself and promote this attitude in my therapy. There are no bad parts - those we label "bad" often have extraordinary power. With a profound respect for the Unconscious, I utilize dreams, body posture, and other tell-tale signs to help guide treatment and understand the whole you.

I was trained at the California Institute of Integral Studies, and was born and raised in and near Austin.

My approach to therapy

I work best with clients who have an appreciation for Nature and that have creative pursuits they want to actualize. There's something that you try to bring into the world: a book, a business, a movement, a relationship, but for one reason or another, you struggle to make it a reality. Where our creativity is blocked is where our Spirit is blocked.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a greater confidence in yourself: who you are and what you are about. You can expect honest reflections and appraisal with direct avenues for reconciliation, training, and individuation. If you have a dream you're wanting to birth into the world, you can expect my support and guidance. If you don't know what that dream is, we will uncover and nurture it together.
