Great to meet you!
Don’t let the hard days win. Reaching out for support can feel challenging, but you don’t have to navigate life’s difficulties alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and begin the process of meaningful change. Together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing and develop practical strategies to manage stress, regulate emotions, reduce symptoms of depression, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
I bring over 22 years of professional experience in the counseling field. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University–Commerce in 2004 and began my career in community mental health in 2001, working primarily with adolescents navigating a wide range of life stressors.
Over time, I expanded my work into the judicial system, providing counseling services to individuals across the lifespan, with a strong focus on anxiety, depression, personality disorders, substance use, and relationship concerns. I later served as a senior therapist at a Division I university, supporting students through academic, personal, and emotional challenges.
Throughout my career as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked with diverse populations ranging from children and adolescents to individuals in the later stages of life. This breadth of experience allows me to meet clients where they are, with empathy, respect, and a commitment to individualized care.
