Great to meet you!

I have worked in the Mental Healthcare profession for more than 40 years and specialize in Mood Disorders, i.e., Anxiety and Depression, which are frequently pre-existing conditions for more than 50% of patients with Alcohol and/or Drug addiction. I also treat Bipolar Disorders, PTSD and ADD which are frequently medicated at home with alcohol and illicit drugs. Individual, couples and family counseling is available for those experiencing Marital Discord, Domestic Abuse and other family related issues resulting from communication problems. Bereavement issues and grief counseling also available.

My approach to therapy

As a Bible scholar, I provide Christian counseling for those who prefer a Scriptural approach to their issues with the Truth from the Bible. I maintain a keen awareness of innovative techniques and evidence-based methodology in social work and psychology in my practice.

What you can expect from me

Ethical standards remain uncompromised while adhering to the highest level of honesty and integrity. I remain current with research literature associated with the profession while practicing in San Juan Capistrano, California, serving Adult and Adolescent populations.
