Great to meet you!

As a dedicated mental health professional, I am deeply committed to fostering an environment of compassion, empowerment, and personal growth. My approach is grounded in the belief that every individual has the innate capacity to transform and heal. I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Jungian Psychology, to support individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and well-being.

I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood, and I believe in empowering them to take an active role in their healing process. By focusing on a growth mindset, I encourage individuals to view challenges as opportunities for learning, resilience, and change. I emphasize the importance of both the mind and body in the healing process, recognizing that holistic wellness involves nurturing all aspects of an individual—emotional, mental, and physical.

Through CBT, I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, ultimately cultivating healthier perspectives and behaviors. I also integrate mindfulness techniques to help individuals stay present, reduce stress, and increase self-awareness. Drawing on Jungian principles, I support clients in exploring the unconscious and integrating the various aspects of their personality, fostering a deeper connection with their authentic selves.

In all of my work, I aim to honor each person's unique journey and provide a supportive framework for lasting positive change. Whether through one-on-one therapy, group work, or personal development coaching, I remain dedicated to helping others tap into their full potential and create a life of purpose, balance, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

Currently, my focus is working primarily with adults and utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I see bringing awareness to the connections between thoughts, emotions and behavior as vital components to the healing and growth process. I have a passion for Mindfulness, Philosophy and Spirituality which also informs and strengthens my practice.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to empower a client's ability to effectively respond to challenging life circumstances so that they feel confident in navigating the course of their life. Clients will feel they are ready to clearly recognize opportunities for their own growth in relation to their life goals.
