Great to meet you!

If you've spent years carrying anxiety, depression, family tension, or a substance use struggle that's worn you down, you don't have to keep carrying it alone. Over 30 years, I've worked with adults and seniors navigating everything from men's issues and grief to anger and panic, in individual, group, and family settings, and I've seen how much lighter life can feel once you have the right support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution focused and built around you, not a one-size-fits-all method. Using tools like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we'll work together to figure out what's actually standing in the way of the life you want, then build a clear path toward changes you may have thought were out of reach.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to talk openly about what's troubling you without judgment. It's normal to feel a little nervous walking in, most people do. We'll spend the time getting to know each other and exploring coping tools you can start using right away, even outside of our sessions.
