Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist focused on helping people improve their mental and physical health, relationships, and, as a result, their quality of life. Central to therapy is the quality of the bond shared between therapist and client. I am committed to fostering a constructive and non-judgmental therapeutic alliance characterized by cooperation, trust, and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is one of assisting clients in exploring their inner selves, identifying recurring patterns, articulating their emotions and thoughts, mastering personal coping strategies for stressors, and cultivating a deeper sense of strength, connectedness and identity.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a psychologist is to establish a space where you can safely address your challenges, whatever they may be. Recognizing and respecting each person's unique experiences, values, and cultural factors is integral to the work I do. Feel free to reach out to me. I welcome the opportunity to discuss any questions you may have.
