Great to meet you!

I am accepting new clients. Navigating through life can be challenging. I have an extensive background and advanced training in substance use. My concentrations are substance use, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am also experienced in providing emotional support with LGBTQ+, life stressors, relationship difficulties, divorce, legal problems, financial issues, or loss. I have worked with adults of diverse backgrounds and all walks of life. Every person's journey is unique. My hope is to support you in your intentions to live your best and most satisfying life.

My approach to therapy

I use a trauma informed holistic treatment approach that builds on your strengths. This facilitates growth, healing, and meaningful change. My priority is to provide a safe haven for you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors will empower you to make conscious decisions about your life. I work collaboratively with my clients using therapeutic approaches to achieve the best outcome for them.

What you can expect from me
