As a Licensed Professional Counselor, it is an honor and privilege to build a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with a person to help them navigate a good course through this maze of life and to help them grow personally and healthily.
I am trained in and have vast experience in a variety of methodologies to treat trauma, anxiety and depression, substance and process addictions, as well as in helping couples.
Clients can expect to be heard as well as to gain insight into the root of many of the issues that they struggle with. They also will learn the path to healing from these issues.
