Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Michael Greenwald, thank you for stopping to learn more about me! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost twenty years experience as a therapist. Through my practice I have worked with a range of clients and discovered that we all have one thing in common – a need to be understood. And not just by others, but, most importantly, by ourselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

This is where you come in. My approach to therapy is one that is highly collaborative. You are the expert in your life, so I like to spend time getting to know as much as possible about you in the first session or two. Then, once comfortable, we set course down a path that leads to the quality of life you are seeking.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to find a safe space and opportunity to deepen that understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you down a path of self-discovery and realization. One that leads to increased self-awareness, recognized resilience and a life in line with your values.
