Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who helps adults navigate challenges and create meaningful change. With a background in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Junian Informed therapy I work to blend evidence-based approaches with genuine empathy to foster a safe, supportive environment.

I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring each person’s unique story, and empowering them to take steps toward their goals. Whether addressing anxiety, life transitions, career growth, or simply offering a space to be heard, I am committed to helping clients feel understood, valued, and equipped for the journey ahead.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel respected, understood, and able to be yourself. We’ll start with what matters most to you and work together at a pace that feels manageable. I’ll listen with curiosity and without judgment, help you make sense of your experiences, and support you in finding steps that fit your goals. My approach is person-centered, flexible, and collaborative, with space for honest reflection and practical change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get comfortable, review the necessary paperwork and policies, and talk about what brings you to therapy. You can share at your own pace, and we’ll begin making sense of your experiences together, including how they may have developed over time. In ongoing sessions, you’ll have space to talk openly, notice patterns, and connect what you’re learning to your goals. You may leave with greater clarity, a realistic next step, and the feeling of being heard—without pressure to have everything figured out at once.
