Great to meet you!

For over 20 years, I have worked in sexual health and with relationships, supporting individuals and couples in navigating some of the most personal and complex aspects of their lives. My personal and professional experiences have given me a deep sense of empathy for those moments when things can feel overwhelming or even impossible when giving up feels like the only option. In those moments, I believe there is also an opportunity to try something new and create meaningful change.

Marriage and relationships can be incredibly challenging, and it is often even harder to ask for what you truly want or need. Many people come into therapy feeling broken or believing their desires are shameful. I work to challenge those beliefs by creating a safe, open space where honest conversations can happen and new patterns can emerge.

My approach to therapy

As a licensed psychotherapist specializing in sex therapy, I help individuals, partners, and couples reconnect with themselves and with each other. It is my passion to help heal shame, facilitate communication, and support clients in having the difficult but important conversations. I also understand firsthand the challenges of maintaining passion in long-term relationships, and I don’t believe that giving up on intimacy is the answer. Together, we can explore ways to rebuild connection, deepen understanding, and create a more fulfilling and authentic relationship.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other and creating a comfortable space to start the process. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what’s bringing you in, and what you’d like to change or improve. I may ask some questions to get a better understanding of your experiences, but you can always share at your own pace.

It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for my style, how I work, and whether it feels like a good fit. By the end of the session, we’ll begin outlining what moving forward could look like and start identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you.
