I received my Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2016, from Texas Wesleyan University, where I also received my Bachelor of Fine Arts, in 2012. I am licensed as both an LMFT and LPC, in the state of Texas. I am open to many treatment areas, concentrating in those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and/or relational struggles.

It is important to me that I establish a solid rapport, with any client I work with, so that they feel comfortable, and trusting, and that I bring no judgement to their situations and that trust is a guarantee. I do borrow a lot of my guidance from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Systems Theory, but I always insist on a conversational-style exchange, despite whatever science-based facts I offer to my client.
During my intake sessions, I will ask some basic questions to gather more information about the client's life and circumstances. I encourage the client to share anything, and everything, that they feel is important to them and want to open up about. We will close the first session with a mutual understanding of where we will begin our work and address any concerns.
