Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Michael and I am very excited to be a part of your Therapy journey! I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and I have worked in several treatment facilities including a Nonprofit Women and family health center, an Addiction treatment facility, and a Digital health center for children and families. I will do everything in my power to help you find what you need and begin to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

I focus on creating a calm and caring environment where we can work together to achieve your goals. In my 3 years working with clients one thing has been made crystal clear to me, we all need more validation and support in our lives.

What you can expect from me

For our first session I like to focus on building trust and learning about you and your needs. I know that in order to achieve a positive therapeutic experience we must build trust and I need to find out your goals and as much information about yourself as you are willing to share.
