Great to meet you!

For Anyone seeking a new therapist, it’s crucial to understand not just what they do, but why they do it. As a combat veteran, I faced immense challenges joining a society that didn't make sense. I reached a point of no return, which shaped my purpose: I never want anyone to feel alone, even when surrounded by love and blinded by self-hate, and help others avoid the darkness I experienced. So, I ask you: "Why do you do what you do?" If you’re open to it, I’d love to help you explore that.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a direct approach to therapy. I believe in unconditional positive regard. If you have a booger, I will be the first to tell you, not to embarrass you, but to help you. I focus primarily on making sense of traumatic experiences in order to allow for growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

I fervently believe in the instillation of hope. I do not believe that therapy should take an eternity, and believe in empowering my clients to achieve their goals
