Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health, and most of my career has focused on addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges. I look at addiction broadly—not just substances, but also behaviors like codependent relationships, gambling, disordered eating, compulsive spending, overworking, people-pleasing, and unhealthy technology or social media use. These patterns often show up as ways to cope, and the skills used in addiction treatment can be powerful tools for many mental health concerns including anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I’m warm, approachable, and very person-centered, and I believe change happens when you feel seen, supported, and not judged. Therapy with me is collaborative and real, with room for humor when it helps lighten the process. My goal is to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create healthier ways of living that feel sustainable and authentic.

What you can expect from me

The first session is low-pressure and very relaxed. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your world, what you’re tired of carrying, and how you'd like to grow—no scripts, no expectations to “do therapy right.” My goal is to create a space that feels safe, real, and even a little refreshing compared to what people usually expect from therapy. I take a modern, flexible approach to behavioral health that focuses on patterns, not labels, and practical tools you can actually use in daily life. We’ll start connecting dots, naming what’s really getting in the way, and setting goals that feel doable—not overwhelming. Most people leave the first session feeling lighter, clearer, and surprised that therapy didn’t feel as intimidating as they thought.
