Great to meet you!

I don't believe therapy is about fixing what is broken. Instead, I see it as a collaborative partnership where we look at the survival strategies you built to get through tough times, and gently decide which of those strategies served you, and which you are ready to let go of.

I have 15+ years working in helping professions with a diverse population.

My approach to therapy

If you are stuck in a loop of constant overthinking and high expectations, you do not just need to relax, you need real tools and insight. Feeling like you constantly have to perform or keep the peace is exhausting, and I use a mix of psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and ACT to help you break free from those patterns. Together, we will uncover where your old mental rules came from, call out the daily thoughts that fuel your anxiety, and build practical mindfulness skills so you can handle tough moments without losing your balance.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel a bit weird or intimidating, so we keep things low-pressure. You’ll just click a secure link from a private spot where you feel comfortable. Once we’re logged on, we’ll talk about what’s going on, what made you reach out, and what you want things to look like moving forward. There is no pop quiz or pressure to dive into anything before you’re ready. It’s really just a casual chance for us to talk, see how the vibe feels, and decide if we’re a good fit to work together.
