Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can slow down, feel understood, and work through what’s been weighing on you. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, substance use, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you feel supported while building a stronger understanding of yourself and the changes you want to make.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership rather than a lecture. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, identify what matters most to you, and develop realistic strategies you can use outside of our sessions. I draw from approaches including CBT, trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and strength-based therapy. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, anger, substance use, or stress, we’ll tailor therapy to your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and talk openly about what brought you to therapy. You can expect a genuine conversation, thoughtful questions, and a comfortable space to share at your own pace. We’ll discuss what you’d like to work on, what has or hasn’t helped in the past, and what you hope to get from therapy. From there, we’ll create a plan together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Showing up is the first step, and we’ll take it from there.
