Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! Life can feel like a lot sometimes. Maybe your mind won’t slow down, you’re overwhelmed by stress, or you keep finding yourself stuck in the same patterns and wondering how to break free. Whatever brings you here, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

I’m a warm, empathetic therapist who also believes in being real and direct. Therapy with me is a judgment-free space, no shame, no guilt, and no pretending you have it all together. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, understand what’s holding you back, and find practical ways to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, relationship challenges, anger, substance use concerns, chronic stress, and major life transitions. I also work with individuals facing infertility, pregnancy and postpartum changes, chronic health conditions, identity exploration, and cultural concerns.

I believe therapy should actually help you in your everyday life. My style is supportive, collaborative, and a little coach-like. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you identify patterns and triggers, and work with you to build practical tools that fit your life. We can’t control other people, but we can change how we respond, communicate, set boundaries, and care for ourselves.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before you start. Our sessions will feel like real conversations where you can be yourself.

You can expect encouragement, honest feedback, support, and practical ideas. Together, we’ll better understand your reactions, build healthier responses, and help you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges. We’ll celebrate progress, learn from the tough moments, and keep moving forward, one step at a time.

Starting therapy takes courage, but you don’t have to do it perfectly. Come as you are, and we’ll start from there. I’d be happy to support you along the way.
