Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years supporting individuals through change—first in schools, now in private practice. I work with clients who are navigating the messiness of change: new identities, new relationships, new environments—and all the anxiety, confusion, and overthinking that comes with it. My goal? To help you feel less lost, more grounded, and a little more “you” every session.

My approach to therapy

I use a humanistic, person-centered approach—meaning therapy is about you. We'll explore what brought you here, what you want to change, and how to move forward. We'll build on your strengths (yes, you have them—even if your brain says otherwise) with support and tools that actually help.

What you can expect from me

I help with life transitions, stress, and relationship issues—the big three of "why am I spiraling right now?" We'll talk about what's happening, what you want to change, and how to get there. Expect support, practical tools, and steps that feel doable—change is hard, but we can work harder.
