Hi. I'm Dr. Lembaris. I'm a clinical psychologist and a with 5 years of structured post-doctoral training. I offer insight oriented psychotherapy remotely and in person.

My approach to therapy

I work with all different kinds of people who struggle with range of difficulties. Many have been in therapy before and are looking for something more substantial: a treatment that takes the mind seriously and that helps to really understand what's driving symptoms. Others are just hoping to feel better and for some help organizing their thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about me orienting to you and what you're looking for help with. I'll ask questions and check in with you to make sure I understand. Then we'll work together to come up with a plan.
