Great to meet you!

I graduated for Fordham college with my master's in social work. I am an LCSW I have over 20 years of experience, I specialize in anxiety (including OCD, GAD, panic, and social anxiety), depression, ADHD, and anger management. I also help individuals navigate relationship and family challenges and work- or school-related stress. Treatment is evidence-based and integrates CBT, ERP, and ACT.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Therapy is offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, making it flexible and accessible. If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start making meaningful changes, I’d be glad to help.
