Michael Linden

Michael Linden is a licensed Psychologist and a Nationally Certified Senior Fellow in Biofeedback and Neurofeedback Therapist. Dr. Linden has been the director of Attention Learning Centers (ALC) and specialized in assessment/treatment of ADD/ADHD, Aspergers/Autism, Anxiety & Concussions since 1982.

Dr. Linden specializes in working with family and couples where one or more members have ADHD and/or ASD. He has volunteered his time running support groups for adults, families, and parents with ADD & Aspergers at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA since 1993.

I have an ecletic approach. The first session I get to know the client and gather information about their concerns and presenting issues. We develop an action plan/goals together, which may include different types of therapy techniques, options for testing, several kinds of holistic trainings (relaxation, stress managemtn, biofeedback, neurofeedback) and even referrals ofr medication if requested. I work with individuals from children-adults individually, as a family or couple.

I develop good rapport/connections with clients, am active during the sessions and use humor and spirituality if clients prefer to help develop a relaxed, individualized and supportive atmosphere.
