Great to meet you!

I work with clients dealing with:

● Anxiety and ongoing stress

● Depression and low motivation

● Relationship and communication issues

● Trauma and past experiences

● Anger and emotional regulation

● Life changes

● Self-esteem and feeling “not enough”

● Patterns of disconnection or isolation

Life in Wyoming teaches people to be resilient—but even resilient people get overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down. Therapy gives you a place to step back, get perspective, and move forward with intention.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and fellow Wyomingite with over 14+ years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. As a husband, father of two and stepparent, I understand the real-life pressures that come with relationships, parenting, and balancing responsibilities. My approach is grounded, practical, and focused on helping you make changes that show up in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is straightforward and collaborative. You don’t need to have everything figured out or even know exactly where to start. We’ll focus on understanding what’s going on, identifying patterns that aren’t working, and building practical tools to help you move forward.

I use a combination of evidence-based approaches, including:

● Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level II)

● Trauma-informed therapy (TF-CBT, Seeking Safety)

● Emotional regulation and coping strategies

● Communication and problem-solving skills

I provide secure online therapy for clients across Wyoming, including those in rural areas where access to in-person services may be limited.

If something isn’t working, you don’t have to stay stuck in it.

Additional Qualifications

● Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

● Seeking Safety Training

● Client-Informed Feedback Training

What you can expect from me

My style is direct, respectful, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel useful—not overly complicated or drawn out. I also bring in humor, honesty, and real conversation to help keep things grounded and productive.
