March 11, 2025: I am accepting new patients

I am a board certified PMHNP and psychotherapist. I prescribe medications and conduct therapy, both Telehealth or In-Person, for Mental Health Conditions including what I see most commonly but not limited to: ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD.

Since beginning practicing 6+ years ago, I consistently see the value of identifying treatment goals. My style of work is Results-oriented, as we will together assertively pursue symptom improvement from visit-to-visit.

An initial evaluation of symptoms takes place during our first visit. After which we set goals and select the methods of which we will approach the reduction (and potential elimination) of symptoms in an individually prioritized manner.
