Great to meet you!

Finding a solution and having you live a better life is my priority. I am effective at making complex subjects understandable and usable. Problems can be complex, the solution does not have to be.

I believe people just want to fix things and have a better quality of life not leave therapy feeling worse. I work to help fix or adjust the things that are not working.

I am comfortable using different modalities and types of therapy, but also realize that one approach does not work for everyone.

My approach to therapy

I work to help you find answers, as you are the one who knows best what you need. I find that working collaboratively is best and helps you feel in control of the outcome of therapy. This matters!

I will challenge you to see things differently and understand things from a different perspective, while helping you see the value of yourself and where you came from.

There isn't just one way to live a better life, there are many, lets find some.

What you can expect from me

You will find that there is "more right with you than wrong with you", but you will also learn new ways of approaching problems, situations, patterns, and behaviors in your life.

It is my goal to help you actually understand what I say, not to have you leave sessions wondering what was said. For this reason, I speak plainly and communicate in a way that is useful to you. I've had clients say things like, "Wow, I never heard it put that way", "I get what you are saying, that makes sense now".
