Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Michael, a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience. My own journey—navigating identity, parenthood, and life’s challenges—led me to therapy and eventually to this work.

I know how confusing and isolating it can be when your relationships aren’t working, parenting feels overwhelming, or you’re questioning who you are and where you're headed. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space where people can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

I’m a parent myself, so I get how chaotic and meaningful life can feel all at once. I’m also someone who’s always learning—about people, relationships, and the world.

My approach to therapy

I offer one-on-one therapy for individuals facing relationship struggles, family dynamics, parenting stress, and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep empathy. I also bring a strong appreciation for multicultural experiences and how they shape our lives.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to sort through what’s going on and start making real changes, I’m here to help.

When you're ready, book a free 15 min consult so we can chat.
