Great to meet you!

Thank you for reaching out to Elemental Horizon Mental Health and Trauma Treatment.

You may have spent years trying to move forward while past experiences, anxiety, depression, or difficult relationships continue to affect how you feel about yourself and your life. Maybe you’re used to being the strong one for everyone else, even when you’re struggling inside. You don’t have to keep carrying everything alone.

I specialize in helping adults work through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and the negative beliefs that can develop from painful experiences. Together, we’ll work to understand how your past may be affecting your present, build healthier ways of coping, and help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and paced to help you feel supported rather than judged or pressured.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is focused on helping you understand how past experiences may be affecting your life today. You may know you want things to change but still find yourself stuck in the same patterns, struggling with difficult emotions, or feeling disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to keep living in survival mode.

Using approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based interventions, we’ll work together to process painful experiences, understand the parts of you that have learned to protect you, and develop healthier ways of managing stress and relationships. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, build trust in yourself, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling—not just one where you’re getting by.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you hope will change. We’ll discuss your concerns, explore what you need to feel comfortable, and begin identifying goals that matter to you. You don’t have to share everything at once or have all the answers. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin working together.
