Great to meet you!

You don't have to keep carrying the weight of the past. If anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or painful relationships leave you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode, healing is possible. I help preteens, teens, and adults understand how past experiences continue to affect their lives and guide them toward lasting change. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive space where you can process what you've been through, develop healthier ways to cope, and reconnect with the life you want to live. My goal is to help you find healing, build resilience, and experience greater peace, confidence, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based, trauma-focused therapies that help both the mind and body heal from the lasting effects of trauma. EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming, reducing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related concerns. Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you understand and heal the different "parts" of yourself with greater self-compassion and emotional balance. By integrating EMDR with IFS, we can safely process traumatic experiences while honoring your internal system and building resilience. For children and teens, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) combines practical coping skills with trauma processing to help them heal, strengthen emotional regulation, and regain a sense of safety and confidence.

What you can expect from me

If you're ready to move beyond surviving and begin truly healing, I'm here to help. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care that honors your unique experiences while integrating evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. Together, we'll help your mind and body process the past, develop lasting coping skills, and build a stronger sense of safety, resilience, and self-connection. Healing is possible, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you every step of the way.
