Great to meet you!

Hello, My goal is to help people with PTSD and C-PTSD achieve a life worth living. I have over 5 years in the mental health field. I started at the University of Utah hospital as a Psychiatric Technician working with Doctors and Nurses as a collaborative team to help medically involved patients. During my graduate work, I worked for the Crisis Hotline 988. After graduating I built my hours at a C-PTSD and PTSD outpatient clinic, with an amazing team of LCSW's who mentored me to help really connect with patients.

My approach to therapy

Too often our trauma causes people to feel alone and shamed. My approach is focused on a shame-free environment so that my clients can be seen and heard for who they are and liberated from the shame is connected to trauma.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect a to be welcomed and seen as a person. Without judgement and a focus on liberating themselves to process their trauma and work to from post traumatic stress to post traumatic growth.
